Never give up...
I am such a freak.

So apparently, with Pepsi points you can d/l MP3s from amazon for free. 5 points=1 song. So I have scrounged 8 points around work from people, and at lunch I bought a larger cup size fountain drink just so I could get another pepsi point but still drink my beloved diet coke.

I am now 1 pepsi point code short of being able to d/l two tracks from the Buffy soundtrack to listen to. *agonizes over where to get one more code, and which two tracks to d/l*

ETA: Oooooooooh....that track from "Becoming" is absolutely THE track I was hoping for. *holds mp3 tightly*

*blink, blink*

Seems like an awful lot of work and effort to save 1.98$. Just get a couple of tracks to tide you over until you get the CD :D

I suppose, but I'd certainly rather get them for free, since I've already paid for them once...plus, it was fun to go bug my coworkers for points. :) Lord knows, we need fun things around this place.

LOL! You're hilarious. Just think, you've been without a proper Buffy ST for years. You'll have the CD in just two more days. You can hang in there. I know you can!

I confess, I am not very good at being patient!

I found these (erm, plug headphones in or turn down the volume because they start playing automatically):

Remembering Jenny

Magic Snow Music

Faith's End

Sacrifice

And this, which doesn't appear on the Amazon.com track listing so I don't know what's going on. Maybe someone misnamed it.

Close Your Eyes

OMGYAY! Thank you!

And you're very welcome. :D It was actually pretty easy to find. (The html was harder! LOL.) There very well might be more tracks available at other streaming sites.

Listening to these tracks made me realise just how great Buffy's score really was. I see that the music from 'Hush', which is a personal favourite music- and storywise, is on the soundtrack. Hmm. I think I'm going to have to purchase this myself.

Hmm. I believe that last track is a piece taken from Massacre, where Buffy kills angel to seal the portal to hell - I distinctly remember her telling him to "close your eyes" right before she drove the sword into his chest.

It is not, however, exactly the same as the track that appears on the score, and when I click "download" the links are broken to d/l this track from either Amazon or iTunes. Damn. I'd love to own it.

Aha! Mystery solved - it's the lone score track they put on the long ago, previously released Buffy: The Album, which I actually already own somewhere...

Ah, right. I'd forgotten about that old Buffy soundtrack. Man, that was a long time ago.
