Soda making machine.
So, we just picked up an Isi Twist 'n Sparkle from Williams-Sonoma.  I have a couple of questions for the hive mind!  It uses the same little CO2 cartridges as one of those whipped cream makers, and I'm wondering:

A) Has anyone ever found them OTC at a Bed Bath & Beyond, Target, et al?  It came with three, I ordered more from Amazon, but they won't be here until next week sometime, and it would be nice to have a real place I could go buy them.

B) Are the empty cartridges recyclable?  It's a great plan to not have a bunch of aluminum cans around, but not so much if the cartridges are not recycle friendly.

C) Has anyone with a Foodsaver or similar vacuum sealer experimented w/sealing carbonated beverages?  I'd like to pick up a sealing-friendy container to store the carbonated beverage in, since the bottle is a little large for the fridge, and makes too much to drink in one sitting.  It would be wasteful if the carbonation all fizzled out before I got to drink it.

D) Anyone else have one of these?  I could use some recipes to play with.  I'm sort of on a "natural is better" kick, and I'd like to use this nifty device to have the carbonation I love, without the actual cola or diet cola that's bad for you.

So far, we have carbonated some cran-raspberry juice.  It is awesome!  Perfect carbonation, nice burn in the back of the throat (as my husband describes carbonation), great taste and healthy, too!

They are 100% recyleable - they're steel one use only.
