Lost in Austen is like crack for Austen fans. It's like...I don't know. I want to call it Mary Sue fic, only fun and entertaining in a way Mary Sues rarely are. I adore how they've woven the musical theme from P&P (the BBC version, of course) into the score for this one, how Amanda uses the theme for her ringtone. That's just one example of all the little things they draw from P&P.

When does the fourth episode air? Soon-ish?

Lost in Austen? I haven't heard of this show. What is it?

From the BBC. Not airing in the US, but available online through various means. A modern girl switches places with Elizabeth Bennet in the setting of P&P, and proceeds to try and make the events of the book take place, but nothing goes as she plans.

It's absolutely fantastic. :-)

ITV.com has streaming eps, but my computer wouldn't play them.

This sounds brilliant! I'm re-reading P&P now, so this might be the perfect time to pick this up! Thanks!!
